Refund policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging. Please send an unboxing video for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Cash refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer unless we sent an incorrect or damaged product.
